The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has filed a suit in the Nairobi High Court seeking to recover KSh. 21,697,500.00 allegedly embezzled by a private company namely Mulwa Farm Limited in collusion with nine (9) officials of the State Department of Correctional Services.
